Cross-Over Remedial School is a Christian private school for remedial learners from grades R - 7 and is based in Randhart, Alberton.
Slow learners and learners with learning problems are not receiving the attention they so desperately need. They tend to fall behind and are unable to catch up to their peers. Cross-Over aims at providing learners with a safe learning environment and small group settings where learners are able to develop basic skills at their own pace.
Cross-Over Remedial aims to work with learners in such a way that if possible, the learner's learning problem is remedied within 2/3 years and the learner can then return to mainstream school. To do this, Cross-Over prefers to involve other specialists like educational psychologists, speech therapists and occupational therapists where and as needed.
